Procedure

Mix in a bowl our pianamiele wildflower honey, seed oil, soia sauce and some mustard, in order to have a homogeneous sauce. Add chicken breast cut into strips and let it marinate for 5 minutes. In the mean time season the yogurt with salt, pepper and EVO oil, and then merge the previously cut into cubes cucumber, and the chopped mint. Make skewers with the marinate chicken and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve the dish with some little mint leaf and a sprinkle of turmeric in order to give it a bit of colour.

Suggestions:
You can give it a spicy touch adding a little bit of hot powder pepper into the chicken marinade. Adding a little bit of sweet paprika in the seasoning made of cucumber and yogurt, you can give the side dish an extra boost.
