Procedure

First, blend the seed oil with the ginger, the Piana Miele Italian Orange Honey, and a pinch of salt. Season the cleaned prawns with the mixture obtained and leave to marinate for a few minutes. In the meantime, separately, with an immersion mixer blend all the ingredients for the mayonnaise until you get the desired consistency. With the help of the special potato peeler, make the spaghetti from the courgettes and season them with oil, salt, pepper, and a drop of lemon. Heat a non stick pan and cook the prawns for 1 minute on each side. Serve on a plate decorating as you prefer and finish with a pinch of coarse salt and some lemon zest.

Suggestions:

If you don't have almond milk available, you can use soy milk or normal milk, keeping to the indicated doses. You can color the sauce with a dash of turmeric, making it look like a real mayonnaise.
