Dice cucumber and tomato, and cut into rounds radishes. Slice the purple onion very thin. Sauté the onion with the oil and a little bit of water in the pan. As soon as it will be softened, add our pianamiele wildflower honey and some vinegar that we had previously mixed into a cup. Continue to cook the onion over low heat until caramelized. In the mean time bring to boil the salted water into a pot, and cook basmati rice. Drain the rice, serve seasoning with the soia sauce and lay the caramelized onions. Add vegetables and season with a little bit of oil and salt. Rice salad, the good one is served! #chefindinette suggests to abound with caramelized onions, they are addictive!
